
Ingredients
- 2½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1½ cup salad dressing
- 1 (4-ounce) jar of pimentos, mashed with a fork
Save the juice from the pimentos. Use half of it, set aside the rest in case the spread is too dry. Mix ingredients together. Let spread stand until it is room temperature. With a blender, beat on high until it the spread is smooth and creamy. Refrigerate.
